Prof Dr Mustafa Uygar Kalaycı

I graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. I did my compulsory service and general practice in Bayburt and Çumra district of Konya. I completed my General Surgery Specialization in Ankara Oncology Hospital 3rd General Surgery Clinic in 1998. I did my Compulsory Service after Specialization in Ereğli District of Konya. I worked as an Assistant Professor in Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine First and Emergency Aid Clinic between 1999-2001. Then, I worked as Chief Assistant in Bakırköy Dr Sadi Konuk E A Hospital and Okmeydanı E A Hospital respectively. I became an Associate Professor in General Surgery at Bakırköy Dr Sadi Konuk E A Hospital in 2012. I worked as Chief Assistant and Administrative Manager at the General Surgery Clinic of Bakırköy Dr Sadi Konuk E A Hospital. Between 2014-2019, I worked as an Associate Professor - Clinical Education and Administrative Manager at the General Surgery Clinic of SBÜ Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Hospital. I have been working as a faculty member at the General Surgery Clinic of the Republic of Turkey Health Sciences University and than Atlas University Medicine Hospital My special areas of interest are Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Revisional Bariatric operation and Interventions,Interventional and Therapeutic Endoscopy, Robotic Surgery. I participated in international and domestic practical certificate programs on transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEM), applied laparoscopic colorectal surgery, obesity surgery, robotic surgery, approach to postpartum anorectal injuries, advanced cancer surgery and hot chemotherapy applications.
